A Mom Hack That Stops Arguments

Reusable labels mom hack

To encourage my two boys, ages 4 and 6, to stop arguing about who owns which item, here's my easy mom hack that added peace into our household: I use labels with our last name only on them to mark all items that leave our house and which I'd reasonably consider shared property.

The labels go on items like water bottles, sunscreen, lunch containers, sports equipment, and books.

My Mom Hack For Stopping Sibling Arguments

This simple hack has put an end to all fights about these kinds of items. Toys are another story.

Reusable labels for kids

I love to use eco-friendly reusable labels that I can peel off and use again somewhere else (like when the sunscreen is empty). You can find reusable, waterproof, and even write your labels at Emily Press Labels. They'd make a lovely gift for a child's birthday or new mom, too.

Do you have a mom hack that you swear by? I'd love to know what it is!
